Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
• Hands on experience in direct sales and accounting servicing.

Management of assigned accounts:

• Managed assigned accounts - Act as the first-point-of-contact for customer’s vacuum needs
• Management of current sales cycle
• Generate new business for both products and service
• Responsible for sales & service budget
• Manage service enquiries – repair, exchange or upgrading
• Resolve conflicts in a timely manner
• Report on the current status of the account and sales transactions
• Monitor sales and service measurable
• Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
• Suggest actions for sales and service performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Act as a team member within the world-wide metrics of the account.

Requirements

• Diploma & above in Mechanical Engineering preferred or with vacuum pumps products experience for Semicon industry
• Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
• Hands on experience in direct sales and accounting servicing
• Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution
• Understand sales reporting metric
