Business Development Manager jobs in Singapore

This role is part of our strategic transformation initiative, led and managed directly by our organization. The project focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing a suite of software applications that support core business operations and improve user experience.

• Lead and mentor software development teams working on Murex platform enhancements.
• Develop and maintain components in Murex Mx.3 (MxML BO workflows)
• Build and support interfaces for trade lifecycle and risk management
• Work closely with business and tech teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 8+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a Lead/managerial role.
• Has 5+ years of work experience in Banking industry;
• 2+ years of experience with Murex Mx.3 platform
• Proficient in MxML, BO Workflows, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting
• Good understanding of FX, IRD, Fixed Income, and risk/PnL
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in banking or capital markets preferred
