A leading architectural firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in designing various types of buildings and strong skills in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp. Responsibilities include drafting architectural plans, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with teams during client meetings. This role emphasizes high-quality work and teamwork in a creative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing high- and low-rise residential, retail & commercial buildings, hotels, or industrial projects

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in:

    • Autodesk AutoCAD

    • SketchUp

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • V-Ray (optional)

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Can start work in a short time
