A recruitment agency is looking for a Business Development Executive in Singapore. This role involves identifying new exhibitors, advising clients on exhibition strategies, and coordinating with various teams to enhance exhibition activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Business or related fields and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in sales, marketing strategies, and client management is essential. This position offers a salary range of $3000 - $4500.

9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Location: Aljunied
Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
