Education
- Rotate through core departments including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Operations to gain holistic business exposure.
- Assist in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Support dealer network development and performance tracking.
- Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for management.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior leadership.
- Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, but not essential).
