The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Recruitment & Selection Support
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing interview logistics, and supporting offer administration.
Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination
Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
HRIS & Records Management
Maintain and update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS) and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies.
Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, wellness programs, and internal communications to promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Documentation & Reporting
Prepare HR letters, contracts, memos, reports, and presentations as needed. Support monthly and ad-hoc HR reporting to internal stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
Performance Management & Training Administration
Coordinate performance appraisal exercises, training registrations, and feedback collection. Maintain records of learning and development activities and assist with training needs analysis.
Regulatory Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure HR activities comply with local labor laws (e.g., MOM regulations) and internal company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist with audits or government submissions.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in HR projects such as process enhancements, policy reviews, or digital transformation initiatives. Provide input for improving HR workflows and employee experience.
Administrative & Operational Support
Perform general HR administrative duties, including handling employee enquiries, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting the daily operations of the HR department.
Ad-Hoc Duties
Undertake any other HR-related duties or administrative tasks as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
