To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage human resource operations, teacher scheduling, and manpower planning across our education programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Administration
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave administration, and performance documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare, and training coordination.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with statutory regulations and company standards.
Scheduling, Relief and Programme Planning
- Develop and manage teachers’ weekly and termly schedules across all branches.
- Plan and coordinate relief teaching arrangements to ensure smooth class operations.
- Plan HR deployment and manpower allocation for various education programmes, ensuring optimal staffing and efficient utilisation of resources.
- Liaise with academic and operations teams to align manpower planning with programme requirements.
- Anticipate manpower needs during peak periods and proactively plan for contingencies.
Administrative Support
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement and vendor management.
- Prepare HR and operations reports for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education or service sector.
- Independent, resourceful, and meticulous, with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships across all levels.
- Proficient in MS Excel and scheduling tools.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Tuesday to Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Remuneration
- Salary range: $3,500 – $4,000
