Job summary

A human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR Executive to manage payroll processing, support recruitment, and handle HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in HR management or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing. Strong organizational skills and experience with volume payroll administration are desirable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant experiences, particularly in construction or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and operational HR functions.
  • Experience in volume payroll administration (around 150-200 HC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, benefits administration, and staff claims.
  • Provide support for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee movements, training coordination, and statutory reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding and conducting induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update personnel records and HR documentation in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Assist in the management of workforce-related matters, such as employment processes, worker mobilization, accommodation arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant experiences, experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous.
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and operational HR functions will be preferable.
  • Well versed in handling Volume payroll administration (around 150-200 HC), experienced to handle OT calculations, allowance, verification of time sheet & claims and others will be advantageous.
