HR Executive (Payroll/ Central/ Immediate)
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, benefits administration, and staff claims.
- Provide support for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee movements, training coordination, and statutory reporting.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding and conducting induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update personnel records and HR documentation in an organized and systematic manner.
- Assist in the management of workforce-related matters, such as employment processes, worker mobilization, accommodation arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant experiences, experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous.
- Proven track record in handling end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and operational HR functions will be preferable.
- Well versed in handling Volume payroll administration (around 150-200 HC), experienced to handle OT calculations, allowance, verification of time sheet & claims and others will be advantageous.
