• Lets be #BrilliantTogether! ISS STOXX is looking for a Jr. Data Analyst to join our Global Data Operations team. This position is based in Mumbai and is a permanent role.

The role involves delivering data and research in an assigned market. Our team is organized into four pillars with global coverage:

1. Core (Individual) - manage master data, employment history
2. Core (Company) - board of directors, shareholder rights, stock, audit findings

Note: Candidates residing in Mumbai only can apply.

• Search for, collect, and verify data of moderate complexity for companies in the assigned market, following current methodologies and sources.
• Respond to internal/client queries to ensure data aligns with policies.
• Follow established work standards to maintain data quality.
• Meet deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Escalate data issues and perform root-cause analysis as needed.
• Update internal documents for performance monitoring.
• Participate in projects and committees beyond core duties.
• Maintain proper documentation according to policies.

• Post-graduation in Finance or Economics (freshers encouraged).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new concepts.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours if needed.
• Experience in data collection, corporate governance, or business research is advantageous.
