Job description

1. Rotate through core departments including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Operations to gain holistic business exposure.
2. Assist in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic initiatives.
3. Support dealer network development and performance tracking.
4. Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for management.
7. Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior leadership.

Requirement / Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, but not essential).
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and work productively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in project management and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
