Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Executive. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office supplies, and assist in sourcing candidates. A diploma in Human Resources and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This role offers a salary between $2800 and $3000 and includes training. The working days are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Qualifications
- Must have a Diploma in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support includes managing day-to-day tasks and office supplies.
- Source vendors and manage company assets.
- Work closely with employment agencies to find candidates.
- Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates.

Education
Salary: $2800 - $3000
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
- Administrative support responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks, office supplies, equipment, mail and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers.
- To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company's assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road-tax and insurance.
- Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required.
- Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company.
