Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, process sales orders, and coordinate deliveries. The ideal candidate should have at least a GCE “O” Level and a minimum of 2 years in sales order processing. Strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred. The position offers a salary package of up to $3,500 plus AWS and bonuses.

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Sales Coordinator
  • Location: West
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels and provide information on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment details.
  • Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly in the system.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle shipping and customs documentation, liaising with forwarders and shipping agents.
  • Prepare sales reports, track order records, and support sales meetings.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
  • Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Job Requirements:
