As the Business Development Manager, Solar, Renewable Energy at LYS Energy Solutions Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Leader Energy Group Berhad, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth in Singapore. This full-time position will see you leading the development of new business opportunities in the dynamic solar and renewable energy sector.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and prospecting for new clients and projects within the designated region
2. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers
3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
5. Supporting the implementation of successful solar and renewable energy solutions for clients
6. Providing feedback and insights to the wider sales and marketing team

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of new business development in the solar or renewable energy industry
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities to close complex deals
4. Technically adept with a good understanding of solar and renewable energy technologies
5. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
6. Degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred
