Treasury Marketing Head (Banking) - Ethel T.

Our client, a well-established bank is looking to fill the role of Treasury Marketing Head.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, institutional, and private banking clients by providing tailored treasury solutions.

• Work closely with the dealing room and product teams to structure customized solutions based on clients' risk profiles and business needs.

• Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely market insights and advisory to clients.

• Foster strong collaboration with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, and Private Banking teams to support cross-selling efforts.

• Conduct client training, seminars, and product briefings to deepen relationships and product understanding.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements in all client dealings.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Treasury Marketing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) would be advantageous.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in treasury marketing, sales, or advisory within banking or financial institutions.

• Strong knowledge of treasury products, financial markets, and derivatives.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
