Job summary
A leading freight forwarding company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to manage sales inquiries and develop customer relationships. The role involves implementing sales strategies, ensuring effective communication, and delivering outstanding customer service. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry and an O level education. The position offers a competitive salary package with bonuses and a supportive work environment.

- Possess class 3 license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to sales inquiries and create quotations.
- Ensure effective communication within and outside the organization.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster relationships.
- Pursue potential leads through follow-up calls.
- Compile monthly sales reports.

- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3500 + Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Respond to sales inquiries, create and deliver quotations.
- Ensure clear and effective communication both within the organization and with external parties.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-lasting relationships.
- Pursue potential leads through follow-up calls to boost sales and meet targets.
- Compile sales reports at the end of each month.
