A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to manage client relationships and drive client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include client onboarding, documentation, and providing after-sales service. Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects through various sales channel
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client professionally to ensure seamless client onboarding, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation: Consolidate and verify documents required from clients for various processes.
  • After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of working experiences.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.

Employee Remuneration and entitlements:

  • Basic Salary: $2,500 to $3,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance Incentive: subject to meeting sales KPI
  • 14 days annual leave
  • 14 days medical leave
  • Birthday leave
  • Learning and Development Opportunities
  • Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 9:00am to 12:30pm (Saturday)
  • Saturday is WFH; we are usually on stand-by mode on Saturday
