A local events management company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships and ensure successful event execution. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field and experience in the Arts Management or Events Management industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan events, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and oversee on-site event activities.
  • Attend networking meetings as needed.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met according to client expectations.
  • Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities to guarantee a smooth and successful execution.
  • Anticipate and address challenges during the planning and execution phases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to issue resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management within the Arts Management / Events Management / Hospitality industry will be preferred.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply. (Training will be provided).
  • Outgoing, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Xero & Canva will be an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia when needed.
