Job Summary

Red Hat is growing its sales organisation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And as part of its growth we are looking to hire a Junior Account Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients & partners. The primary focus of the role is to generate revenue by selling products or services to new and existing customers. Account Executives play a crucial role in the growth and success of a company by identifying potential opportunities, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting solutions that meet those needs.

This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

What You Will Do
  • Regularly engage with clients & partners to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients & partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Handle price negotiations and contract discussions to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and client information using CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to sales management, helping to assess progress and make informed decisions.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role selling SW solutions.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients & partners, and internal engineering, commercial, and executive levels.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, including customer needs, processes, offerings.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales‑related tools.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with and an existing network in the infrastructure market of the information technology (IT) including technologies like operating systems, middleware, virtualization, cloud, and system management.
