Nature & Scope
The role reports directly to the CEO, supporting day-to-day executive operations, board governance, and corporate communications. The position serves as the main point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders regarding official CEO communication and public relations.
The incumbent will work closely with leadership members across departments and utilize communication platforms, office management tools, and branding materials to ensure consistent corporate messaging and administrative efficiency.
Principal Accountabilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and leadership team members.
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the leadership team.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action items for leadership and board meetings.
- Serve as Board Secretary, maintaining official records and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Internal Communications & Culture Management
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance transparency, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate internal announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Support initiatives that promote company culture, values, and employee recognition.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to organize internal events, townhalls, and corporate gatherings.
External Communications & Branding
- Manage and execute corporate branding, marketing, and public relations activities.
- Prepare communication materials such as press releases, media content, and corporate presentations.
- Oversee the company’s social media and digital presence, ensuring consistent tone and brand identity.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners for communication and marketing projects.
Project & Office Coordination
- Support special projects and initiatives led by the leadership team.
- Maintain effective filing, documentation, and office management systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and communication processes.
Skills
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, communications, or marketing roles—preferably in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience supporting senior management or board-level executives is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of corporate branding, content creation, and social media management.
