Responsibilities

  • Communicate with top-level management efficiently.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and clients.
  • Coordinate with departments and follow up.
  • Manage work and personal calendars.
  • Organize multiple databases.
  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
  • Track and organize expenses.
  • Schedule meetings and take notes.
  • Organize events and social engagements.
  • Draft correspondence and analyze incoming memos.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Assist with daily time management.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Plan travel arrangements.

Fluent in English and Arabic

Responsibilities
  • Catering to the dynamic requirement of an organization by efficiently communicating with top level management.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients
  • Coordinate with other departments and employees and follow up.
  • Manage work and personal calendar and appointments.
  • Organize and manage multiple databases.
  • Devise and maintain digital and paper filing system.
  • Track and organize expenses.
  • Schedule meetings and take accurate and comprehensive notes.
  • Organize events and social engagements.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails, memos and letters
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Help with daily time management.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, activities, meals, and ground transportation.
  • Portraying professional ethics for safeguarding the company's and executive’s classified information.
