The Job:
- Assist to implement and monitor the effectiveness of the established integrated management system for the Division.
- Conduct scheduled safety check to identify the potential risks at the workplaces for reporting and appropriate follow up actions.
- Act as internal auditor to carry out IMS audit check for the compliance of regulations and the ISO45001 system requirements.
- Assist to conduct accident/incident investigation and determine the root cause of accident and provide recommendations for improvement and analysis.
- Assist to review and update the IMS Manual, working procedures and guidelines for the operations needs.
- Act as Safety Committee Secretary to organise safety committee, prepare agenda and minutes for management review and discussion.
- Coordinate with relevant parties such as LD, OSHC and estates to follow up the safety issues and improvement works.
- Assist to organise and participate the safety promotion events for staff to enhance their awareness on OHS.
- Prepare training materials for the update and training plan for conducting OHS trainings for the estates staff and workers.
- Other assignments as delegated by Safety Manager.
The Person:
- Diploma or above in Engineering, Safety or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years post working experience or above in safety management
- Knowledge in the field of property management or facilities management is preferred
- Registered Safety Officer qualification is a must
- Holder of valid First Aid certificate is a must
- Provision of risk assessment training, DSE training and confined space training
- Knowledge to the update trend of the industry in OHS; and ISO 45001 certification requirements.
