Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in a similar role in luxury hotels.
  • Proven results in receiving and managing inventory.
  • Technical skills in finance and purchasing.

Responsibilities

  • React to daily operating problems and provide solutions.
  • Ensure incoming merchandise is dated, priced, and rotated.
  • Check incoming goods for accuracy against orders.
  • Maintain organized storage of inventory items.
  • Inspect food quality at receiving; escalate issues.
