Connect with headhunters to apply for similar jobsA leading hotel management company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Revenue Manager to maximize all hotel revenues, implement pricing strategies, and collaborate with various departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration. Maximize all revenues streams of the Hotel, including but not limited to Room and Banquet/Catering revenues. Lead cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering and Food and Beverage departments. Manage all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix; acceptance/denial of major group bookings.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Implement and manage strategies to maximize total revenue of the hotel. Implement tactics to take advantage of demand for all segments. Work together with Forecast Analyst to present the necessary analysis to support Revenue Management decision making.
