The ED of Delivery Management is responsible for end-to-end program execution, delivery excellence, and vendor orchestration across all initiatives under the Digital & Customer Engagement (D&CE) organization.
This role ensures Qiddiya’s digital roadmap — spanning Web, Mobile, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, Data, AI, and Platform — is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and governance.
The role leads a hybrid delivery model that combines internal capability with a network of System Integrators (SIs) and strategic partners, ensuring all programs move in lockstep with Qiddiya’s digital vision and operational objectives.
The Head of Delivery Management is the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, ensuring integration, governance, and execution excellence across all sectors and vendors.
