• Greet and welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and positive energy.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the booking system.
• Maintain an organized flow of seating and table turns in collaboration with floor staff.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and managers.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with poise and efficiency.
• Maintain host stand appearance and ensure it reflects the brand’s upbeat, polished image.
• Stay calm and effective in high-volume, event-driven service periods.
• Uphold Little Krazy’s high service standards while keeping a friendly and energetic tone.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a host in F&B, hospitality, or event-driven environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Clear criminal and health record.
• Warm, outgoing personality with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident body language.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays, and during event periods).
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence.
• Experience & Adaptability in experience-driven or high-volume restaurants.
• Valid passport.
