As a Service Centre Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting our repair service centre customers and receive their products, inspect it based on their complaint and described issue. and perform an initial troubleshooting, submit it for service as per the product policy and warranty status, and inform them about the repair details and issue the related documents.
