The candidate will focus on premium client development and team management, ensuring high-quality customer experiences while driving sales growth. Ideal applicants have a background in sales management within the automotive sector and possess strong negotiation skills.
Define and execute the annual sales strategy in alignment with brand objectives. Set and cascade team targets, optimize product portfolio, and refine pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Lead the end-to-end relationship management of high-net-worth clients. Deliver tailored solutions through in-depth needs analysis, exclusive events, and community engagement programs. Enhance customer acquisition, loyalty, and lifetime value, while resolving complex client issues with professionalism to safeguard brand equity.
Direct and mentor the sales team in daily operations. Implement structured training in product expertise and consultative selling, establish robust performance and incentive frameworks, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Continuously track market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities. Produce actionable insights and partner with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns, optimizing conversion pathways and strengthening brand visibility.
