Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  2. Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
  3. Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  4. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  5. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely resolution of any audit findings.
  6. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital to support business operations.
  8. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact financial reporting and compliance.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the catering, retail, F&B, or FMCG industries.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting techniques.
  3. Expertise in using SAP for financial management and reporting.
  4. 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

  9. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
