Job summary
An insurance brokerage firm in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Branch Manager responsible for leading branch operations and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, regulatory compliance, and proven leadership skills. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8–12 years of experience, including managerial roles. Proficiency in English and knowledge of SAMA regulations are essential. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are also required to achieve branch targets and drive financial performance.

- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or branch leadership role.
- Proven experience in insurance brokerage is mandatory.

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and manage sales and operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Build relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and brokerage operations, with solid expertise in sales management, operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
- Lead, coach, and manage sales and operations teams to achieve branch targets
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key partners
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and conversion ratios
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of insurance products
- Ensure full compliance with SAMA / Insurance Authority regulations and internal compliance requirements
- Oversee underwriting coordination, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with Compliance and Finance on regulatory and operational matters
- Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
- Monitor expenses, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Prepare periodic management and performance reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or branch leadership role
- Proven experience in insurance brokerage is mandatory
- Strong background in:
- Insurance sales management
- Branch operations and underwriting processes
- Claims handling and customer service
- Regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent knowledge of SAMA / Insurance Authority regulations
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
