Job summary

An airline company in Dammam is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide daily administrative support to the Flight Operations and Flight Training teams. You will ensure compliance with airline policies by coordinating pilot licenses and medical checks, maintaining comprehensive records, and assisting with training programs. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the aviation field. Strong organizational and financial skills are preferred in this role.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in Airlines/Aviation.
  • Strong financial skills and ability to handle invoices effectively.
  • Effective persuasive and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pilot's licenses and medical checks in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain an accurate database of all function-related records.
  • Assist with preparing and closing quality and external audit checks.
