A prominent hotel chain in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Security Manager responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a professional diploma in Safety and Security. This position requires strong operational and administrative skills. The role emphasizes meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations while developing safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation.
- Good practical and operational skills are essential.

- Efficiently run the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Develop and implement hotel’s safety and security procedures.
- Ensure employee, guest, and owner expectations are met.

Formation
When you work in Hawaii, in addition to learning about the functional aspects of running a hotel — like the proper way to make a bed or how to best handle luggage — it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ‘ohana truly means.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection for Grand Hyatt & Miraval Resorts, the Red Sea.
- Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation.
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
