Job summary
A logistics company is seeking a Warehouse Keeper in Jeddah to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in warehouse management, be detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently handling stock movement. Responsibilities include managing incoming goods, maintaining best practices in inventory control, and coordinating with various internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to streamlining operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to procedures.
- Issue and dispatch items as per approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams.
- Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management.
