This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Al Khobar. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. The role will also lead workforce planning, performance management frameworks, training and development programs, and employee career development plans. In addition, the HR Manager will ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations, effectively utilize government platforms and HR CRM systems, and oversee payroll coordination and payslip administration. A core part of the role is fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.
