A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee inventory management and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency while managing supply delivery and transportation issues. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a strong understanding of logistics principles and at least 8 years of relevant experience. This position offers a chance to contribute to significant logistics improvements across projects.
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reducing aging material. This position manages and controls the organization resource distribution and allocation directed by the Operations Manager for all projects Company wide. Responsible for all logistic requirements related to the warehouse function, inclusive of transportation, supply delivery, related. Manages the supply and delivery of procured items to the assigned Project location, including coordination with all shipping and freight forwarding agencies and custom authorities.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year(s) GCC is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics related course
