Logistics Coordinator - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)



As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials in an efficient and timely manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor shipments from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure accurate shipment tracking and status updates.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and requirements.
- Identify potential transportation issues or delays and proactively address them.
- Resolve any shipment discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, costs, and delivery dates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as logistics software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the Middle East region, specifically Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language.

Working Conditions:

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of this role, you may be required to work on weekends or outside regular office hours when necessary. The job may also involve some physical work such as lifting and moving boxes or packages.
