- Acting as a subject‑matter expert, contributing to project design, technical reviews, and execution strategies within clearly defined operational and strategic parameters.
This role demands a proactive and innovative mindset, capable of navigating complex technical challenges, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It is central to Ma’aden’s efforts to responsibly explore and develop strategically significant mineral resources.
Decision‑Making Responsibilities
- Apply geological expertise to inform project direction, target prioritization, and resource evaluation.
- Coordinate technical work plans, manage geoscientific data inputs, and oversee field operations to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

- Familiarity with permitting protocols, ESG principles, and national regulatory frameworks relevant to resource development.
- Proficient in geological modeling, resource estimation techniques, and managing workstreams across the exploration lifecycle.
- Working understanding of financial evaluation practices, budgeting principles, and risk‑adjusted analysis for speculative exploration targets.
