Job summary
A prominent retail and entertainment company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Visual Merchandiser Associate to create appealing visual displays and enhance the in-store experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate creative executions, maintain brand standards, and implement seasonal changes to engage customers effectively. Strong collaboration with various teams and a keen sense for visual trends are essential. This role is vital in helping convert window shoppers into prospects and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for translating the Visual Merchandising Plan through execution of creative windows, product placements, props and floor designs to attract and engage customers.
- Execute Seasonal Floor Plans, Launches and Floor Changes.
- Liaise with Contractors and Suppliers to Coordinate the Production and Installation Timeline.
- Enhance Brand Presence Through Creative Ideas, Being Cost Sensitive.
- Ensure Brand Standards Are Maintained at All Times.
- Be Sensitive to New Trends in Visual Merchandising to Elevate Customers’ In-Store Experience.
- Maintain Good Rapport with Teams to Ensure Collaborative Efforts.
- Implement Store Signage Programs According to Commercial Guideline.
