Job summary

A logistics company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a professional to handle logistics transactions and ensure timely customs clearance. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics activities and delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and managing paperwork for all logistics activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics transactions, including mobilization of material/shipments from supplier to warehouse.
• Minimize the number of shipments by consolidation when possible.
• Coordinate all logistics activities with subsidiaries.
• Manage all paperwork for logistics activities.
• Ensure customs clearance will be done on time.
• Track all shipments on a daily basis and submit the report to the concerned PM.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team internally.
• Coordinate with the warehouse the delivery of the material.
