Job summary
A leading power systems company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical activities and ensure compliance with SEC standards. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in power/utility projects, including a minimum of three years in SEC substation projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Immediate availability and willingness to work at any location within Saudi Arabia are required.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in power/utility projects, including 3+ years in SEC substation projects.
- Previous SEC approval as electrical engineer is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise HV / EHV substation construction and Power Generation.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with SEC standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Electrical teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and manage project timelines.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and technicians for high-quality performance.

- ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
- ✔️ 7–10 years of experience min. in power/utility projects, including 3+ years in SEC substation projects
- ✔️ Previous SEC approval as electrical Engineer is a must
- ✔️ Proven experience in HV / EHV substation projects or power plant .
- ✔️ Immediate availability to join
- ✔️ Willingness to work at any location within KSA
- ✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
