• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies that encompass planning, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
• Oversee the logistics operations for all projects, ensuring effective coordination between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing costs while enhancing service levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and explore new opportunities.
• Implement best practices in logistics management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, project management, and engineering to facilitate smooth operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting logistics performance and strategic recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of designing and executing effective logistics strategies in complex environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
