Job summary
A leading IT service provider in Saudi Arabia is looking for an IT Technician to manage the computer and network systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, setting up networks, and assisting users with IT challenges. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science and should be a Saudi National, preferably fresh graduates or those unemployed for at least three months. - Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.
- Ensuring security by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software.

We are looking for an IT Technician to be responsible for maintaining the computer and network systems of an organization. Their duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks, and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problem
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of a computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Software Application support
- Database Knowledge (MS Access, SQL)
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Background in IT.
- Must be Saudi National.
- Must be a Fresh Grad or out of work for at least 3 months.
