A technology solutions provider seeks an IT Support Specialist in Riyadh. The role involves on-site support for end-user IT equipment, installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals, troubleshooting issues, and providing first-level technical assistance. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in IT support and strong skills in Windows OS, networking basics, and customer service. This position is vital for ensuring smooth IT operations during rollout and day-to-day tasks.
Qualificações
- 2-5 years experience in field IT support or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common office applications.
- Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP addressing.
Responsabilidades
- Install, configure, and support laptops and desktops.
- Deploy and test printers both local and network.
- Perform OS setup and user profiles when necessary.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Provide first-level technical support to users.
- Maintain service tickets and site sign-off documents.
