A leading global retail company in Riyadh is seeking an IT Support Manager to ensure high standards in IT maintenance and troubleshooting. You will manage team projects, develop skills of Fulfillment Center staff, and inspire continuous improvement in processes. The ideal candidate has strong IT troubleshooting skills and experience in project management, along with certifications in core technologies. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on operational excellence.
Qualificações
- Understanding of core internet technologies like DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
- Experience in help desk or technical support roles.
- Certifications in ITIL and Prince2 are advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Lead coordination of trouble tickets to meet SLAs.
- Manage IT budget and support staff skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT team processes.
