Job summary

A tech solutions company is seeking an IT Technician to maintain computer and network systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, installing software, ensuring security, and supporting users. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree or diploma with at least one year of experience. Only Saudi Nationals who have been out of work for 3 months or more will be considered. This opportunity is located in Al-Qassim Province of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Must be a Saudi National.

Their duties include troubleshooting and diagnosingcomputer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks, andassisting employees and customers with IT-related problem

Responsibilities

• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of a computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Software Application support
• Database Knowledge (MS Access, SQL)

Qualification
