- Develop and implement user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, and native iOS/Android technologies
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Project Management, and Testers to translate design concepts into functional mobile interfaces
- Work with QA team to implement and maintain automated testing solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and responsiveness
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile development technologies and industry trends
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices
- Work effectively in a Scrum environment with regular sprints and deadlines
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience in mobile development
- Strong portfolio of previously developed mobile applications
- Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and handling data synchronization in mobile applications
- Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools and techniques
- Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of mobile development principles and best practices
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in developing solutions for Membership Loyalty programs, E-commerce platforms, POS systems, and payment integrations is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
