Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock takes, cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure real-time stock level updates in the inventory management system.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring minimum stock requirements are met.

Process Improvement & Warehouse Layout Optimization

• Enhance warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices to streamline inventory movement and workflow.
• Optimize warehouse layout, racking systems, and space utilization to enhance productivity.
• Identify and address root causes of incorrect deliveries by implementing quality control measures to minimize order discrepancies and enhance accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational goals.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment and stock optimization.

What You Need to Have?

Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in warehouse & inventory management, preferably in a trading or distribution environment. Experience in import/export operations and customs regulations is required, while warehouse setup experience is an advantage.

Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management and warehouse systems. Ability to analyze inventory trends, optimize stock levels and resolve discrepancies. Strong leadership, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Other: Familiar with ISO standards, safety regulations, import/export regulations and customs compliance.
