About the job Warehouse Supervisor | Iskandar Puteri

With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
• Monitor and ensure timely and efficient distribution of materials based on production demand.
• Coordinate and resolve abnormal issues related to purchased goods and production materials.
• Review and optimize packaging standards for incoming goods and address non-compliance issues.
• Oversee preparation of spare parts and materials according to master production schedules.
• Conduct monthly stock counts, prepare profit and loss reports, investigate variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Optimize and implement warehouse processes, layouts, and 6S standards to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage warehouse systems, documentation, and ERP entries with accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production and overall business requirements.
• Lead and evaluate warehouse staff, provide training, and improve performance as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Associate degree or above in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably with training in logistics/warehouse management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Forklift license, Safety Officer certificate, or C1 license preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
