- Inventory Management:Maintain accurate stock levels, implement cycle counts, and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes to meet service level agreements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, including automation and WMS optimization.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly KPIs on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cost control.
- Logistics Coordination - Liaise with internal logistics team
- A strong background in warehouse operations mangement, particularly in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and leading teams effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
