Job description

Position Description

1. Fully coordinate warehouse management affairs (including normal warehouse operation, warehouse planning, accurate storage of goods, inbound and outbound management, warehouse security, etc.) and continuously improve warehouse management systems and processes;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the warehousing department, arranging employee work reasonably and efficiently, inspecting, supervising and assessing employee attendance and work attitude, and assessing the implementation of work procedures and standards by employees;
3. Responsible for improving the warehousing and logistics system, developing and implementing warehouse management and logistics transportation workflows, including daily tasks such as receiving goods, quality inspection, warehousing packaging and shipping, returns and exchanges, personnel management, etc.; develop a warehousing and logistics strategic plan based on the company\'s strategy, and establish a sound management system.
4. Promote the improvement of warehouse capacity and return warehouse projects, continuously improve work processes, reasonably control personnel investment, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce operating costs;
5. Develop and implement warehouse employee training plans, regularly assess and evaluate employee work quality, objectively and fairly implement performance incentives for employees;
6. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing the accuracy of warehouse efficiency reports, organizing and executing regular inventory checks; master real-time effective inventory, ensure accurate inventory data maintain consistency between accounts, materials, and cards, and achieve first in, first out; ensure timely and accurate receive, storage, and shipment of goods;
7. Timely and efficiently handle various major emergencies in the warehouse, and promote the development of warehouse operations to a higher level; continuously optimize work and propose improvement plans based on the current situation of warehousing operations.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce warehousing industry and more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management; manage a warehouse team of over 30 people;
2. Familiar with the work flow of receiving goods, keeping accounts, creating orders, picking, packaging and shipping in e-commerce warehouses, and able to plan according to actual situations;
3. Familiar with B2B and B2C e-commerce operation mode management experience, familiar with warehousing and logistics resources in the industry, large-scale e-commerce warehousing or warehouse distribution business management work and those with practical operation and management experience in e-commerce company warehousing are preferred;
4. Strong abilities in data analysis, communication, written expression, and negotiation, as well as good professional ethics and ethics, strong team management skills, and strong pressure resistance.
