1. Warehouse & Inventory Management (F&B Focus):

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all materials, with strict adherence to First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles.

Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and company Food Safety & Quality policies.

Manage and monitor storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) for chilled, frozen, and ambient zones to preserve product integrity.

Conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to isolate and manage non-conforming, expired, or slow-moving products.

Ensure all handling equipment is clean and well-maintained to prevent product contamination.

2. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all warehouse and logistics activities fully comply with Malaysian food regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and JAKIM (for Halal requirements).

Lead the warehouse team in adhering to all Food Safety Management System requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

Maintain all required records for traceability (batch/lot tracking) and for internal/external audits.

Uphold strict safety standards in line with DOSH/OSHA regulations.

Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, with a strong emphasis on hygiene, safety, and quality consciousness.

Schedule shifts effectively to manage peaks in production and delivery schedules.

Operate and leverage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP to manage shelf-life, batch tracking, and stock rotation.
