We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive to join our team. If you thrive on coordinating complex outbound distributions and managing multi-warehouse store orders and enjoy working in a fast-pace working environment; we want you to play a critical role in our retail success story.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Must possess at least 1–2 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Prior working experience in the F&B or FMCG industry will be advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills in functions such as filters, pivot tables, and basic lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems (inventory or order-related modules) preferred
• Good coordination and communication skills to work with third-party partners and internal retail stores teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high order volumes.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Role:

• Process daily store orders received via internal system, including push orders and recurring store orders.
• Compile and consolidate orders on a daily basis before submission to third-party warehouses.
• Handle orders per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure order accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Coordinate outbound stock distribution with the third-party party warehouses.
• Arrange deliveries to all stores (route and transport planning not required).
• Liaise with third-party warehouse partners on order fulfillment and delivery execution.
• Communicate closely with internal operations teams to resolve delivery issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delays, shortages, or mismatches.
• Perform inventory-related transactions in SAP (training will be provided).
• Support outbound execution based on demand planning inputs (demand planning and usage planning are handled separately).
• Maintain accurate records and reports for orders and deliveries
