• Collaborate on Production: Work closely with scriptwriters, researchers, and the team from conceptualization through post-production. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop video concepts and visual approaches.

• Education: A diploma or higher in Media, Graphic Design, Film Production, Broadcasting, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Practical experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills will be highly considered, even without a formal degree.
• Working Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing, preferably for digital media, content creation, or a news/finance-related company.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Visual Storytelling: A strong understanding of visual storytelling principles, pacing, composition, and color grading.
• Work Ethic & Collaboration: Independent work ethic and effective time management are essential, along with strong collaboration skills, including proactive idea sharing and receptiveness to feedback.
• Language: Proficient in English to understand scripts and team communications.
• [BONUS] Motion Graphics: Experience with Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tools is a significant advantage.
