1. Ideate, plan, and craft compelling Social Media campaign proposals outlining the target audience, key messages, video concepts, influencer partnerships (if applicable), and projected results.
2. Be the main liaison for coordinating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
3. Optimise social media channels to grow their follower base, drive engagement, and increase traffic to the website.
4. Create high-quality, engaging video content that captures attention and achieves results, while aligning with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
5. Schedule and manage social media posts in line with the Content Calendar & Content Plan.
6. Analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maximise brand presence across social platforms.
8. Manage KOLs Campaigns and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) agencies influencers to achieve campaign’s goals.
9. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
10. Help prepare monthly social media tracker and campaign performance reports, plus share actionable insights.
11. Support and ensure all visuals, videos, and assets adhere strictly to the social media guidelines.

1. Has a strong understanding of social media best practices and video storytelling techniques.
2. Is a whiz at video editing on mobile apps like CapCut, TikTok.
3. Possesses excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive campaign proposals.
4. Is a master of multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
5. Is a data-driven thinker who can analyze social media performance metrics and recommend optimisations.
6. Is a team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
7. Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
8. Is a social media savvy individual who stays ahead of the curve on trends and features on different platforms.
9. Excellent written and spoken English and BM or Mandarin with impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation.
